A FREE Skills Training and Job Placement Support Program for Aspiring Technology Workers
Career Prep is a FREE online Career Readiness and Professional Skills Development Training Program to help aspiring technology workers successfully start their technology career in Washington State.
Candidates participate virtually in a 3-month or accelerated 1-month training program including career coaching, professional skills training and career readiness workshops, job search and job placement support, and post-placement transition support.
To qualify you must be:
A Washington state resident
Completing or completed a technology training program
Seeking employment within six months

Our Career Navigator will guide you every step of the way, from developing a personalized career plan to finding the right job. We’ll be there to support you for up to six months after you’re hired.
