Mandira brings 20+ years of experience employing customer research, setting product vision, designing, developing and shipping high quality software products to millions of customers as a Group Program Manager at Microsoft and currently as managing partner at her consulting services company, CVG Partners, where she drives business development and manages projects for the company.
She serves on the Seattle Art Museum board and loves connecting people to art to generate new perspectives in how we see the world. She is on the Development Committee for the Sunaayy Foundation, a school for slum kids in Delhi, India. She is passionate about encouraging girls to pursue careers in technology which led her to get involved with CFA.
As Director of Program Development at CFA, she works with employers and educators to develop education and training programs for youth to bring diverse voices to tech jobs. She has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Economics from Smith College.
